3. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made as per the invoiced amount upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

All prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and materials required. We ensure transparency in our pricing structure to avoid any misunderstandings.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the area is safe for our team to work. Any specific instructions or requests should be communicated clearly before the commencement of services.
4.1. Property Access
Clients must ensure that our team has adequate access to all areas where services are to be performed. This includes providing keys if necessary or ensuring that gates and doors are unlocked during service hours.
5. Liability
While we take utmost care in providing our services, Gardener Camberwell is not liable for any accidental damage to property or personal items unless caused by our negligence.
5.1. Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our employees and operations. Clients are advised to inform us of any fragile or valuable items in the service area.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
6.1. Emergency Cancellations
In cases of emergencies where advance notice is not possible, we will assess on a case-by-case basis and determine any applicable fees.
7. Changes to Terms
Gardener Camberwell reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify the client as soon as possible and discuss alternative arrangements or rescheduling of services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials produced by Gardener Camberwell during the provision of services remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
12.1. Use of Materials
Clients may use photographs or descriptions of completed projects for personal use, but commercial use requires prior written consent from Gardener Camberwell.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the service agreement.
13.1. Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not extend to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
14. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Gardener Camberwell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's misuse of services or violation of these terms.
14.1. Scope of Indemnity
This indemnity covers all liabilities, including legal fees, incurred by Gardener Camberwell as a result of third-party claims related to the client’s actions.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardener Camberwell regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
15.1. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
16. Amendments
Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.

Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without the prior written consent of Gardener Camberwell.

Gardener Camberwell may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or in connection with a merger or sale of its business without obtaining client consent.
19. Feedback
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback regarding our services. By providing feedback, clients grant Gardener Camberwell the right to use such feedback for improving services and marketing purposes without any compensation.
19.1. Use of Feedback
Feedback may be used in promotional materials, on our website, or in other marketing channels to showcase client satisfaction and service quality.
20. Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between English and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

References to sections and subsections correspond to the numbering used in these terms, ensuring clarity and ease of reference.
23. No Partnership
Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or any other form of business association between the client and Gardener Camberwell.
23.1. Independent Contractors
Both parties are independent contractors, and nothing herein shall be deemed to create any agency relationship, employment relationship, or other relationship beyond that of independent entities.
24. Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of the agreement, including but not limited to indemnification, confidentiality, and liability limitations, shall survive the termination.
24.1. Ongoing Obligations
Clients and Gardener Camberwell agree to uphold ongoing obligations as stipulated, even after the conclusion of service agreements.
25. Acknowledgment
By using Gardener Camberwell’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
